I know at this point we all wish we could be talking about advancing to the postseason, and that should serve as just more motivation to be there next year. We ended the season on a 3 game win streak, and we were able to close out close games when we needed to. We figured out one of our biggest problems and were able to put together a win streak. Now its time to start working and preparing for a championship year. That means working on your game as much as possible, always wanting to get that much better. No days off.

Winning four of our last five games shows how much we improved this season. Obviously not the best record but our team knows how much better we've gotten. The biggest thing is we could not finish out games which I think is something young teams struggle with. By the end of the season we were finding ways to win those close games which felt great. The key is to keep our momentum and build it into next season. We had a real fun year but I can only imagine how much more we'll have when were rollin next year. If everyone can put some time in at a gym or driveway this summer we'll be top contenders. Fun season, lets go. Take care

Ending the Right Way

This season has had many ups and downs, but the most important things for our program, going into next year, are 1). how we finish the season and 2). working on improvement in the off-season. Right now we're in the process of ending the season the right way. After the win at Bradford on Saturday, and finish with a 3 game win streak, we start the second part. It's gonna take all the guys to get better in the off-season to become the team we know we can be. I know we're starting to know how to win close games where it comes down to the last 5 minutes. With that ability to win close games we'll be a serious threat next year and see our goals coming into place. Keep working hard guys.

Whats up everyone? Its been a long hard fought season for the team. There's no doubt about it that everyone has stepped up to this point and grown into better basketball players. We may have lost a few people throughout this season but i feel like that made the rest on the team realize that they had to step up, in respects to being the best as their role. I was hoping at this time i would be talking about us making the playoffs but we fell a little short unfortunately. Besides that, we are just gonna continue to work hard and get better for next season. We've had some exciting moments this year and the most recent one i could remember is when Brock dove for a loose ball and freaked out when he hit his elbow hahahahaha. He still complains about it everyday. Good times with the fellas. Excited for the last game of the season and next season as well. Everyone take care.
